Holiday Lights Craft Fair 2024

Welcome to the 12th Annual Holiday Lights Fine Gift & Craft Fair!

WHEN: Saturday, December 7th, 2024 – RAIN SNOW OR SHINE!

 

TIMING: Open to the public 10 AM TO 4 PM

 

WHERE: Columbus Elementary School, 580 Columbus Avenue, Thornwood, NY

  

SET-UP: 7 AM to 9 AM on Saturday, Dec. 7th – must be in place by 9 AM

 

SPACE SIZE: 4 feet by 10 feet

 

SPACE COST: $50 for first booth, $40 each additional


Thank you for your interest. Spaces are pre-assigned based on receipt of contract on a first come, first serve basis. We will limit the number of crafters/gifts per specialty (i.e. – jewelry, ornaments, etc.). Vendors are encouraged to reserve early. Please note any special requests like electrical needs or tables. Your completed registration form and payment must be received by November 15, 2024. We will confirm receipt of payment via email, however, space assignments and instructions will be mailed in mid-November.

 

Holiday Lights Fine Art & Craft 2024 Fair Rules:

 

● Fair managers reserve the right to audit all items on display and may request the removal of work or items which, in the sole judgment of the fair managers, is deemed inappropriate or unacceptable. Failure to comply will result in the removal of an exhibitor from the fair.
● All exhibits must be open for business during exhibit hours and no dismantling or packing may be started before the official close of the fair.
● Exhibitors may not share booth space with another exhibitor unless such a request is made in advance.
● Your total exhibit must fit in the 4’x’10’ space. No displays will be allowed in aisles or walkways. Tables must be covered and all boxes and packing materials stored out of sight.
● Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas neat, clean and hazard free.
● Booths must be manned by persons 18 or older. Children must be supervised at all times.
● Tables and chairs must have protective felt on the feet. They can be provided to you.
● Food will be sold on site; all vendors will receive a voucher for free lunch.
